Many polerinas have the opinion that training and dancing at the pole is always identical, once with shoes and once without. But this is'nt true. In fact the shoes are an additional weight you have to carry and you have to integrate them into your training.
To avoid scratching or damaging to the poles, we recommend you to start with simply designed classics (see above: Pleaser Allure, Pleaser Aspire, Pleaser Adore), which look beautiful, come in countless colors and combinations, and still have no "scratching" elements. Especially if you want to train with the shoes in a gym, talk to the trainer before, which Pleasers are allowed and which ones not.
