Hanging the X-Pole X-Fly

There are a few different options for hanging the X-Pole X-Fly. You can attach it to an X-Pole A-Frame, a permanently installed aerial ceiling mount, or a round sling on a load-bearing beam. Make sure you have enough space around the pole (at least a 2 m radius) and nothing in the surrounding area that you could injure yourself on while training.

Additional Accessories Needed for Hanging the X-Pole X-Fly

Minimum Ceiling Height for the X-Pole X-Fly

The minimum ceiling height required for the X-Pole X-Fly depends on the type of suspension you are using. It should be enough to accommodate the height of the pole, the height of all the individual parts required for the suspension, and a distance of 30-50 cm between the pole and the ground.
