The X-Pole Yoke Stab is a handling aid that is used as part of the PoleAway system. It is used to move the bars into special ceiling mounts after use and to fold them down again before the next use. The PoleAway system was designed to hang the poles under the ceiling in a space-efficient manner, making it ideal for studios where the training area is also used for other purposes.

Required for hanging rods under the ceiling
