The X-Pole Lyra is a perfect combination of pole and aerial fitness, enabling a versatile full-body workout. It's a wonderful addition to pole dance training, and can be used for unique performances at events. Please note that only the hoop is supplied, and the stage with pole is not included. The X-Pole Lyra is only compatible with 45mm stages of the X-Pole Stage or X-Stage Lite. It is not compatible with 40mm pole diameter, silicone coated X-Stage/ X-Stage Lite, or X-Stage versions older than 2014, or free-standing pole dance poles from other manufacturers.

The X-Pole Lyra features a harmonious transition between pole and hoop due to its increased tube diameter, and has a very good grip thanks to its high-quality powder coating. It has been extensively tested and checked for resilience. Assembly is uncomplicated and can be done by just one person without outside help or technical expertise. There are easy video assembly instructions available instead of complicated chaos of notes. The X-Pole Lyra has a timeless black design (note that the picture shows a taped hoop).

How Do I Find the Right Lyra Hoop Ring Diameter?

To find the right inner diameter for your Lyra Hoop, sit on a chair and measure the length from the seat to the top of your head. Add 10 centimeters to this measurement to get the recommended inner diameter of your Lyra Hoop.
