X-Pole A-Frame: Mobile Rack for Suspending Aerial Fitness Equipment
The X-Pole A-Frame is the perfect solution for suspending aerial fitness equipment, such as aerial hoops, aerial yoga hammocks, and aerial silks, when installation is not possible due to lightweight ceilings or other constraints. This mobile rack is easy to install, transport, and store, thanks to its seven parts and carrier bags. It is suitable for use with a variety of aerial fitness equipment and can be weighted down with additional weights (sold separately) for added stability. Please note that the maximum recommended body weight for use with the A-Frame is 75 kg, and that accessories such as clasps, cloth, and rings are not included with the delivery.

What Do I Need to Use the A-Frame with Aerial Hoops, Aerial Silks?
To create secure attachment points on your X-Pole A-Frame for your aerial hoops, aerial silks, or aerial yoga hammocks, you will need to use the A-Frame suspension lugs, an Aerial Safety Chain, or special aerial round slings. You can then attach your aerial equipment to these holding points using your usual suspension accessories.
Do I Need to Purchase Additional Weights Separately?
While the X-Pole A-Frame can be used without additional weights, you may find that it is too shaky for dynamic exercises. In this case, you can purchase the X-Pole bags for additional weights and fill them with materials of your choice to weigh down the A-Frame for added stability.
Is the A-Frame Suitable for Use as a Swing?
The X-Pole A-Frame is designed for use in aerial training and should not be used as a swing frame or for any other purpose. Please follow the manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations for safe use of this equipment.
